NTPC's 75th Management Committee Meeting (MCM) was held during 25th – 27th August 2023 at Greater Noida.

MCM was chaired by Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD NTPC and attended by all Functional Directors, REDs, EDs, CEOs, Business Unit Heads from Projects, Stations, and Coal Mines, and Functional Heads from Corporate Centre.

During MCM, elaborate discussions were held on the performance of NTPC, the issues and challenges of projects and stations in their respective regions, and the forum deliberated on the way forward for their resolution under the guidance of CMD and Functional Directors.

Various corporate functions also shared their initiatives with the forum and made presentations covering NTPC’s performance, safety & environment, training and development, pumped storage projects, unified shared services, contract closing, finance, commercial, vigilance, coal mining, fuel security, etc.

Two guest speaker sessions from Padma Bhushan recipient Shri Kamlesh D. Patel (Daaji) and renowned business speaker & best-selling author Dr. Ram Charan were also held during the MCM.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to all participants from the Head of Corporate Planning.
